Introduction

     1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website. This website (together with the documents referred to on it) is owned and operated by or on behalf of ARM Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 2557590 (“We/Us/Our”).  Registered Office Address 110 Fulbourn Road, Cambridge, CB1 9NJ, United Kingdom.

 

Your use of this Website

     2. By registering an account and by using this website you agreed to abide by these Terms.

     3. If We believe, in Our sole discretion, that any material you upload onto this website is in breach of these Terms We may remove that material and may either permanently or temporarily suspend your access to the website.

     4. By uploading material to this website you grant to Us, Our subsidiaries and other users of the website, a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, sub-licensable licence under your intellectual property to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute the material (in whole or part) and to incorporate such material into other works in any format or medium for any purposes, including but not limited to incorporating such material into products.

     6. Only submit your own content, something that you have personally written. If you find something on this website which you think is in breach of  copyright then please tell Us by clicking the “report abuse” link on the right hand side or contacting Us at [email protected].

     7. Do not use this website for advertising or marketing purposes and do not submit anything you have been paid to submit or otherwise benefit from such post.

 

Moderation

     8. If We decide that a post is not acceptable or appropriate We may edit or remove the post. Examples of such posts include:

          8.1. Rants against ARM, companies, individuals, and other users;

          8.2. Threatening behaviour including legal threats, defamatory behaviour, bullying and other abusive posts;

          8.3. Spam messaging, including advertising and marketing posts;

          8.4. Posts that promote, discuss, or arrange illegal activities and events;

          8.5. Posts that include language, information, or images which are indecent, obscene, hateful or offensive;

          8.6. Posts that are or incite racial or religious hatred, or are bigoted;

          8.7. Posts containing personal or confidential information;

          8.8. Posts in breach of copyright;

          8.9. Posts that contain harmful material and viruses.

     26. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to submit to either the jurisdiction of the English courts or the jurisdiction of your country of residence’s Courts.
