Requests for refunds received prior to sixty days before the event date will be honored, less a 10% handling charge; requests received forty-five days before the event date will be honored less a 20% handling charge. No requests for refunds will be honored less than forty-five days before the event date. No one under 25 is permitted to attend. No warranties are made regarding the content of sessions or materials.
