Log into the ARM Connected Community

NOTE: If you already have a Connected Community account and this is the first time you have tried to access it since the website was upgraded, please use the following instructions to gain access to your account.

1. Go to the new registration system.

2. Fill in the registration form that you see. 'Preferred' name is what will be shown in the header once you have logged in (which you can change any time by modifying your profile).

VERY IMPORTANT: You must register with the same email address you use to log into your Connected Community account so the system can automatically merge your accounts together.

3. You will receive a validation email with a link on it to confirm your email address. Click on this to activate your account.

4. You can then log in at the top with your email address and chosen password.

5. Once you have logged in, click here to see your Connected Community welcome page.
