Stardock Corporation announced today that it is developing another entry into its Political Machine franchise. The Political Machine 2012 will release this summer for $9.95 and will be available digitally.
In The Political Machine you can either create your own presidential candidate or select from Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Barack Obama, Rick Santorum or Ron Paul. After picking your candidate you then take them on the campaign trail, attempting to win more votes than your A.I. or human opponent. Contentious topics to be included are Afghanistan, Obamacare, gay rights, the national debt, the state of the economy and more. The Political Machine also takes into account regional issues, such as state minimum wage. Additional topics will be put into the game after release to keep it relevant as we close in on the 2012 election.
