Kid Icarus: Uprising is a Nintendo 3DS title that marks a return to the series after nearly 20 years. The game is developed by Project Sora and published by Nintendo.
The game is the 3rd entry in the Kid Icarus series. The previous 2 installments included Kid Icarus on the NES and Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters on the original Game Boy. While the previous games were action platformers where Pit uses only a bow, Uprising is a third-person shooter with many weapons and powers to wield. The simple plot of the game has you fighting the forces of the evil Medusa as the servant of the godess Palutena.
