Tiny Wings

2010 was the year of the bird. OK, that might not be true on according to any calendar or astrological signs, but it was definitely true in the mobile gaming world. You couldn’t go into a public space without hearing or seeing someone playing Angry Birds or Tiny Wings. Angry Birds is the work of a skilled development team, but Tiny Wings is the work of one man. This silly platformer has no end, simply challenging you to see how far you can make the little bird sail before night catches up with him and he falls asleep. Mechanically it may not break barriers, but when you add in its truly unique aesthetic, it becomes something brilliant.
