Hi ign!

Im the_real_gandy otherwise known as Andy!

Im a 20 year old ICT student and I usually game using my PS3.

This all changed recently when i finnaly shelled out the doller, doller bill for a gaming pc.

Im starting this weekly blog to chart my passage from console gamer to pc gamer and hopefully some other interesting little bits and pieces. Please feel free to follow me through this epic journey and occasionally mock me for being a dumb ass at times!

As this is the first week ill fill you all in on what games ive been gaming!

This week ive spent most of my time with my PS3, this was mainly because my computer wasnt finished yet! and secondly because it was my birthday and i played through some of my gifts!

these games were:

Battlefield 3
Uncharted 3
Dead Island

I know I know im late to the party with these titles but until christmas I was busy getting the Platinum trophy on Skyrim (I DID IT MUHAHAHAHA).

So far im realy enjoying all three of these games the only one im not convinced of, is Dead Island. Its not that the game isnt fun, like I said im realy enjoying it, its just that all of the missions seem to be fetch quests so far.....

Uncharted 3 on the other hand is so far playing like a dream! its a stunning game with such likable charactors, and so far a very interesting storyline!

Battlefield 3 looks to be a fun game as well. It has provided a nice break from the boredom that is Call of Duty by providing a fresher experience.

So thats it for this week! Ive got PC games downloading on Steam and Origin (eww) as i type so hopefully in next weeks post i will be able to talk more about my adventures in PC land.
