Super Mario 3D Land: Kick Audrey's Ass

If you own a 3DS (or have access to the internet - which I'm guessing you do, seeing as how you're accessing it right now), chances are you've heard of a little game called Super Mario 3D Land. In fact, you're probably feeling pretty cozy with Mario's latest handheld adventure by now. You might even think you're pretty damn good at it.

Well, now's your chance to prove it. Below you'll find my speed run of World 5-2 - the Zelda-inspired level, in other words. I beat this bad boy in 49 seconds as small Luigi. That's right, fool dogs. No fancy Tanuki Tail for me, and I suffered no hits to boot. As a side note, since our capture kit doesn't allow us to play with 3D on while recording, I played with it off - though in this particular level I don't think it affected the outcome all that much.

So those are the circumstances of my speed run. Think you can do better? Prove it. Seriously, shouldn't be all that hard. Take a look at the run below, then try to beat it yourself.
