Ubisoft said today it will publish Shoot Many Robots, a downloadable title from indie developer Demiurge Studios.
Shoot Many Robots is a side-scrolling, RPG shooter that features four-player co-op and two modes: Traversal, the single-player campaign, and Survival, a horde-style mode where players must fend off waves of robot enemies.
"Ubisoft is focused on providing players with a strong and diverse portfolio of digital titles, and Demiurge is set to bring another amazing game to the digital space with Shoot Many Robots," said Adam Novickas, director of marketing at Ubisoft.
Shoot Many Robots is due out in 2012 for Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, and PC. The game will be on display at PAX Prime in Seattle August 26–28, 2011.
