You may notice that you get a primary ammo refill at the ammo box (on the boat, train and in the safe house in St. Louis), but only one additional secondary ammo unit per visit. If you refill your ammo again, you'll still gain an additional secondary ammo. Repeat this until you're completely full.

Sandman: Kill 5 Grims in a row with only headshots.
Waste Not: Get 5 headshots with the Deadeye using one clip.
When you first get the Deadeye, look outside the window. You should see a building with Grims on the roof. There are five Grims that just stand there, making it easy to get both trophies. Just headshot the Grims with the Deadeye. There is one on the fire escape on the right, two on the roof directly in front of you, and two on the higher roof behind the building. Make sure NOT to reload to get the Waste Not trophy as well as Sandman.

Kill 6 enemies with the Wildfire secondary fire.
The easiest way to do this is in the Subway in New York. When you come up to the Grims and Ravagers fighting each other, look to the right platform. There should be lots of grims. Use the secondary fire to directly hit an enemy and the mini rockets should home in on any adjacent targets.
Kill 3 enemies with a single mutated body.
Use the Level 2 Mutator to poison a Grim in Ravenhol... ehrm Slaterford when looking for the priest. The upgrade will make the mutated enemy charge into other enemies. Make sure to do this in a group of Grims and only use the primary fire to poison ONE enemy.
Prevent any Chimera from entering the Washington Square Base.
From the roof of the left base (near the ONLY gate they try to break down) use the Marksman turrets and Atomizer gravity wells to prevent them from getting too close to the door. You may want to throw some hedgehogs as well to act as mines. If there are too many to take out with the Marksman or Deadeye, then use the Wildfire's primary and secondary fire to take out the large crowds. If you can't see anymore enemies, use the Auger to pick off the last remaining few.
You cannot let the gate fall for this trophy.

During The Hunt Chapter in Mt. Pleasant, PA, directly after you come out of a mineshaft, Malikov will say “Joseph I see you. I’m at the far side of the bridge across the river”. There will be Hybrids with their backs to you around the corner to your right. To your immediate left, there is a cliff. Lure the Hybrids back toward the cliff, equip the Rossmore. Turn and blast them off the cliff. This may take a few tries. Keep dying and starting over if it doesn’t work the first time.
You can do this in The Pit section of Graterford, PA (Chapter 16. We recommend starting in the Cafeteria section and collection all the ammo and Molotovs and then playing through to the scene in The Pit where all of the leeches and grims attack you in circular sewer area with waterfalls.
Having the full upgraded Rossmore with the flame-throwing secondary fire option helps IMMENSELY.
Simultaneously poison, freeze, and burn 4 separate enemies.
This DOES NOT mean you need to do this to four enemies at the same time (there's a cumulative progress bar for it in the Rewards section in Extras at the Title Screen). In order to get the trophy, use the Cryogun to freeze an enemy, then use the Mutator to poison them, and finally use the Rossmore's primary or secondary fire AT A DISTANCE or a Molotov. If you do this right, they will flail for a second and then explode once they are done being frozen.
You must do this for four DIFFERENT enemies (i.e. Hybrid, Steelhead, Grim, Leech, Longlegs, etc.).

In Chapter 16 (Prison/The Hole), when you are in the flooded sewers under the prison, just before you reach the ladder leading out of the water, look for a small hallway that terminates in a collapsed dead end. In the rubble is a jack-in-the-box with an eye patch. Shoot it to get the trophy.
