Welcome to Channel Surfing, the IGN TV podcast. This is where the staff of IGN TV (and occasional guests) lends their print-ready voices to the world of podcasting!
Could it be? The first Channel Surfing of 2011?! It is indeed! Yep, Eric and Matt are back from covering the TCA press tour, with plenty of wacky and wild stories.
But first some news, shall we? With several weeks since the last podcast, there's a lot, including Liam Neeson returning to Star Wars via The Clone Wars, Ricky Gervais finally appearing on The Office (American version, that is) and the new star of Spartacus: Blood and Sand being found. Plus, Heroes creator Tim Kring has a new project called Touch (yay?), John Goodman joins Damages (yay!) and Ron Moore's magical 17th Precinct is ordered as a pilot.
Oh, and we have a chat about the potential Wonder Woman series being passed on by all the networks that is already completely out of date.
After that, it's on to us sharing more TCA winter 2011 memories, which include Mike Tyson's love of pigeons, Oprah Winfrey's love of herself and one hell of a jam-packed NBC party.
As always, If you have any questions for an upcoming episode of Channel Surfing, make sure to contact us via email at [email protected].
And why not follow us on Twitter? All the cool kids are doing it!
