THQ isn't concerned about Grand Theft Auto V's trailer having an impact on sales of Saints Row: The Third. During an investor Q&A; yesterday, THQ CEO Brian Farrell said the two games are hoping to achieve entirely different things.

"I went online like everyone to see the GTA trailer. It's a high quality trailer and I think it's going to be another fantastic game in the GTA series," he said. "That said, it also shows the completely different positioning of the two games. GTA is still serious and character driven - a very different experience. Saints Row - if you saw our video today - it shows you all the crazy stuff in the game."

"It's a totally different positioning, and if you read the forums it's like 'hey, I love GTA, and I love this game because it's a very different game that knows what it is and is very entertaining.'"

Later in the Q&A;, Farrell also announced that Saints Row: The Third has received four times more pre-orders than Saints Row 2. THQ anticipates sales of three million copies this fiscal year.

Saints Row: The Third will be released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on November 15th in the United States, and November 18th in Europe.
