We all knew it was coming, but that doesn't mean it wasn't exciting when it happened. At E3 2010, Nintendo announced its newest handheld gaming system -- the 3DS. We were there at the Nintendo press conference to take it all it. So what does this system do? What games were announced for it? What's it like to play it while tethered to a model? We have answers to all those questions and more below. And stay tuned throughout the week, as we'll be constantly updating this article with more links and info as it materializes.

The Details

Nintendo 3DS Specs
Though the finer points of the 3DS' graphical processing and internal storage have not been disclosed, Nintendo has revealed a few basic specs, including screen resolution, weight, dimensions, wireless connectivity, and more.

3DS: Our First Hands-on

The 3DS Has a Home
The 3DS is full of new features. The stereoscopic display, the depth adjuster, the analog slider nub -- there's one more little extra tagged onto this new piece of tech, though, that nobody's talked about so far. The new Home Button.
