I knew from the first trailer for this season that it was going to touch a special place in my heart, a dark and disturbing place that resonates to old Twilight Zone episodes, H.P. Lovecraft stories and rumors of ancient secret societies and conspiracies. Sam and Max have taken on plenty of pop culture subjects in the previous seasons, but this new direction was one that I was particularly interested to see. After a pretty good start with old Skun'ka'pe last time around, the season really ramps up the jokes and puzzles with episode two, The Tomb of Sammun-Mak.

About this Game
The Freelance Police are on the job once again in this third season of the episodic adventure series.
