Director Zack Snyder (300) is looking to direct Sucker Punch, which he is also producing with his partner and wife Deborah Snyder and co-scripting with Steve Shibuya. The story takes place in the ’50s and details the travails of a girl who is sent to a mental institution by her nasty stepfather. With a lobotomy looming, the girl begins to imagine a fantasy world where she plans her escape.
