I received my s25 edge and tried getting the shipping label, but it keeps saying unavailable and I don't send any contact info

If you're seeing the message “unavailable” when trying to retrieve your label, please ensure the following:

Check your email inbox and spam folder – the label is often sent separately via email (sometimes through a partner like Assurant).

Log into your Samsung account and go to My Orders. If your trade-in was registered successfully, you may find a download link for the shipping label there.

If the issue persists and you haven't received any contact information, we recommend reaching out to our Live Chat support team, so that they can verify your trade-in status.
