Haloo kawan.. Mhn dibantu solusinya..
Bbrp hari lalu sy update S22U sy ke UI7. 
Namun setelah update selesai, S22U sy tidak bisa bunyi/berdering tiap ada telp (WA/cellular), Ada sms atau pesan wa masuk jg tdk bunyi. Sy sdh contact CS Samsung, diarahkan utk menonaktifkan notifikasi Mytelkomsel, sdh sy lakukan tp S22U sy tetap silent. Sdh sy restart ttp balik silent. Sdh sy seting via menu pengaturan notify dll ttp silent. Sy jg sdh ke servis center samsung di Sby, ttp blm balik normal. Akhirnya pulang dgn kecewa. Btw, aplikasi mytelkomsel jg sdh sy hapus.. Ttp silent S22U sy 😭

Bisa di back up ditanya di laptop atau desktop pake smart switch, baru reset pabrik. Setelah seperti awal baru balikin back upnya

Terkait dengan pertanyaan yang Kakak ajukan, berikut beberapa hal yang patut untuk dicoba:

1. Setelah update One UI 7, bisa terjadi bug sistem yang menyebabkan suara panggilan dan notifikasi tidak berfungsi meskipun nada dering aktif saat dipilih secara manual.

2. Mode "Jangan Ganggu" atau "Mode Fokus" bisa aktif otomatis setelah pembaruan, sehingga perlu dicek di Pengaturan > Notifikasi > Jangan Ganggu dan di Mode & Rutinitas lalu pastikan semuanya nonaktif.

3. Data cache sistem dari versi lama dapat mengganggu sistem baru, disarankan untuk wipe cache partition melalui Recovery Mode (matikan ponsel, lalu tekan dan tahan Volume Atas + Power hingga muncul logo Samsung, pilih “wipe cache partition” lalu reboot).

4. Aplikasi pihak ketiga seperti pengelola suara, tema, atau booster kadang membuat konflik, hapus aplikasi semacam ini untuk memastikan tidak mengganggu sistem suara.

5. Reset pengaturan sistem dapat membantu tanpa menghapus data pribadi, caranya melalui Pengaturan > Manajemen Umum > Reset > Reset Pengaturan.

6. Bila masalah tetap ada, lakukan pencadangan lalu reset pabrik melalui Pengaturan > Manajemen Umum > Reset > Reset Data Pabrik agar sistem kembali bersih.

7. Bila masih belum berhasil, saya sarankan untuk membawa ponsel ke Samsung Service Center agar dilakukan pengecekan sistem dan perangkat keras lebih mendalam.
