금지된 행위. 귀하는 Google 서비스 약관의 '타인에 대한 존중' 섹션과 함께 생성형 AI 금지된 사용 정책도 준수해야 하며 다음에 동의해야 합니다.

• (a) Product Studio에 대한 액세스 권한을 귀하의 고객을 포함한 어떤 제3자와도 공유하지 않습니다.
• (b) 다음에 해당하는 콘텐츠, 프롬프트 또는 기타 정보를 제출하지 않습니다.
  • (i) 개인정보 또는 민감한 정보(예: 이름, 전화번호, 주소, 이메일, 생년월일)를 포함
  • (ii) 불필요하게 사실적인 폭력 또는 유혈이 낭자한 장면을 보여주는 이미지를 생성하거나, 제3자의 예술적 스타일을 모방하거나, 제3자의 상표 또는 저작권 보호 콘텐츠(예: 로고, 제품, 캐릭터)를 생성하거나, 어떤 형태로든 제3자의 지식 재산권을 침해

Product Studio Additional Terms of Service

To use Product Studio ("Product Studio"), you must accept:

Please read each of these documents carefully. Together, these documents are known as the "Terms." They establish what you can expect from us as you use our services, and what we expect from you.

We also encourage you to read our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy will allow you to better understand how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information .

Prohibited conduct. In addition to the "Respect others" section in the Google Terms of Service , you must comply with our Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy and agree not to:

• (a) share access to Product Studio with any third party including any of your customers; or
• (b) submit any content, prompts, or other input that:
  • (i) includes any personal or sensitive information (for example: names, phone numbers, addresses, emails, or birth dates);
  • (ii) generates images that contain gratuitous realistic violence or gore, copy the artistic style of a third party, generate third-party trademarks or copyrighted content (for example: logos, products, or characters), or otherwise infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
