Description
The updated docs should cover several things (verify when we actually get to this):
- Remove guides for using fluffy. If not remove - put them somewhere else, mark them as being deprecated and remove T time later.
- Replace enterprise related setups / diagrams that mention fluffy with the new setup for lakeFS-Enterprise.
- Create a dedicated migration section for moving from fluffy to no-fluffy. It must contain the following sections:
- Configuration mapping: from
fluffy.yaml
into newlakefs.yaml
and any new config that should be set. - Helm OSS: old values -> new values, step by step to upgrade
- Document configuration of new fields introduced in here
User stories for the docs
- As a new lakeFS-Enterprise user (regardless if moving from OSS or starting fresh from lakeFS-Enterprise) I want to setup lakeFS-Enterprise with all the features I need (SSO, IAM Auth, MSB, etc)
- As an existing fluffy user I want to to migrate to no-fluffy, I am using: [the OSS Helm chart | My own Helm Chart | Serverless Env (AWS ECR) | Non K8S (managing
lakefs.yaml
andfluffy.yaml
) ]
