There are breaking changes to fork-ts-checker-webpack-plugin in the 7.0 version and one of them is the removal of ESLint.
Please, be sure to use version 6.* as the 7.* version will not work with wpack.io, and it will throw up this error:

TypeError: Class extends value undefined is not a function or null
