What is the expected behaviour?

If the credential has no SSL
Toggle SSL: enabled - No connection should be established
Toggle SSL: disabled - Connection should be established

What is the current behaviour?

Toggle SSL: enabled - Connection should be established
Toggle SSL: disable - Connection should be established

How to reproduce the issue?

1. Log in with valid credentials
2. Create a MySQL data source with (toggle SSL: enabled)
3. Click on the save button
4. Update the added MySQL data source with (toggle SSL: disabled)
5. Verify the connection and save button state
