Description of Issue

I am using 4 pro micros as joysticks for my simracing hardware. Pedals, buttonboxes, Shifter, Handbrake.
My issue is, that as soon as i plug them in, i get crazy latency spikes, measured in latencymon, which decrease game performance.

Technical Details

• Arduino Pro Micro
• Win 11, fresh install
• Arduino IDE Version: latest

Any pin wiring details that may be relevant.

Additional context

I played around with changing the PID and VId values to assign different names for the devices. Also changed it back to the original boards file content but results were same.
I tested different cables, hub and even a complete new PC. Everywhere the same.
What makes it even worse, sometimes, when i power the hub before turning on the PC, everything works without latency issues. But sometimes, it doesnt. Really weird issue.
