Minister Asao met with H.E. Hon. Eng. Hamad Yusuf Masauni, Minister of State, Vice President's Office, Union and Environment of Tanzania, and signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on the Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) between Japan and Tanzania. They also exchanged views on environmental policy of the two countries.
