1. Jayson Taguba and Marie Abad, residents of Barangay Baculud, City of Ilagan, Isabela, Philippines, provided a joint sworn statement regarding a property dispute involving the heirs of Remigio Allado. 2. They stated that Juwil Liban and others colluded to deceive the heirs of Remigio Allado into signing a blank paper that was later used to take out a large mortgage on the property without the heirs' knowledge or consent. 3. They witnessed how Juwil Liban and his accomplices convinced some of the heirs, including the complainants, to sign the blank paper under false pretenses related to a property survey.

JOINT SWORN STATEMENT

We, JAYSON TAGUBA and MARIE ABAD, of legal ages, Filipinos and residents
of Barangay Baculud, City of Ilagan, Isabela, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state THAT:

1. We are the very same persons executing this instrument;

2. We are the descendants of the heirs of, or persons who have interest to,
the property of the late Remigio Allado who left a parcel of land covered
with an Original Certificate of Title No. 2019000234 situated at
Barangay Baculud, City of Ilagan, Isabela, and who are currently
residing in the same land;

3. We personally knew as a fact that Mr. Juwil Liban colluded with his
mother Mrs. Julieta Liban, his sisters Jessica Handig and Catherine
Liban, and his friend Marian Bautista to deceive the heirs of Remigio
Allado in affixing their signatures in a blank paper for their malicious
intent of using it in a public document, particularly a Special Power of
Attorney to subject the whole property of Remigio Allado to a mortgage
contract with the Rural Bank of San Agustin, Jones, Isabela;

4. We had witnessed how Juwill Liban and his co-accused convinced the
heirs including the complainants through their dishonest words or
statements that they will conduct a survey on the said property for filing
of a suit for the recovery of that portion alleged to have been unlawfully
purchased by the Taguba Family;

5. We are also aware of the fact that the complainants Arceli Liban and
Rosalinda Laggui acted or relied on the spurious representations of the
respondents, especially Juwill Liban, who brought the complainants to a
notary public to sign a blank paper on which a document (SPA) was
drawn by the respondents without the knowledge and valid authority of
the heirs and complainants;

6. We also discovered, sometime on July, 2020, the amount loaned by the


respondents which was TEN MILLION PESOS (Php 10,000,000.00);
and

7. This affidavit is executed to certify the truth and facts of the foregoing
and for any lawful/legal purposes this may serve.
