Started with Slackware '96 & now use Lubuntu almost exclusively on a day to day basis for ordinary user tasks. I dabble sporadically in high level languages as a hobby; like to be able to write the occasional simple program for myself when something needs doing. Web languages, Kotlin for phones, BASIC, minimal smattering of C. Outside of my computer life I look after lots of cats, ducks, dogs, pigs and horses. I suppose people would describe me as a farmer (that or a layabout!) Please don’t mistake me for any kind of computer expert.
